This hotel is definitely a hidden gem in the heart of South Africa. The rooms are in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and warm - perfect for those chilly nights. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail, from the proper working aircon to the great shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, with plenty of vineyards and citrus groves in the area, creating a wonderful scent in the air. And let's not forget the breakfast - a great selection of food after a long drive. Absolutely loved my stay here!
No complaints at all - everything was just perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with big beds that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's restaurant had delicious food, and we enjoyed two lunches and two dinners there. The bar area was a nice spot to relax and watch some tennis matches. We also loved the peaceful pond area with its beautiful birdlife. The staff were always friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on things to do in the area. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great on-route stopover during thanksgiving. Delicious dinner, starters were a little too big but otherwise tasty. Room was new, tastefully decorated and warm. Close to amazing attractions like Augrabies Falls and Orange River Winery. the complimentary fruit in the room was refreshing and appreciated. Great stay overall.
The breakfast on the first day was not freshly cooked and was cold. On the second day, it was better though.

I had a delightful experience staying at a hotel in Kakamas. The staff were incredibly helpful and the meals were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the rump steak, it was the best I've ever tasted. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day. Despite a few minor issues, such as a non-working light and a dirty kettle, the overall stay was pleasant. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with attractions like the Augrabies Falls and Orange River Winery nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Best Stay during Thanksgiving! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel had modern facilities, and the decor of the rooms was tastefully done. The surroundings were beautiful, and we enjoyed the nearby tourist attractions. The menu in the restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, and the meals were delicious.
The quality of the food has declined slightly since our last visit. The steaks were a little stringy and difficult to cut, and we were disappointed that there was no ostrich steak on the menu.
